Abstract

51 year old iraqi male patient diagnosed as ALL started on German multicenter protocol (having a hichman line) developed febrile neutropenia for which he was started on Tazocin and amikacin five days after starting he remains febrile so antifungal was started (later on the culture came positive for Candida albicans) and patient sent for ophthalmologist for evaluation where fundoscpy done and showed the following picture
