Abstract

In vitro neural differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESC), or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is a powerful system to study early neural development, instrumental for cell replacement therapy and neuropharmacological studies. Here we report the derivation of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) positive cells from human iPSCs, indicating the differentiation into dopaminergic neurons.
