الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام روبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot في تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي، وكذلك التعرف على مميزات ومعوقات استخدام روبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot في تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي، وأيضاً الكشف عن كيفية تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة باستخدام هذه الروبوتات لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال استبانة وُزِّعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 408 أفراد من أفراد المجتمع السعودي في مدينة الرياض من الفئة العمرية 20 سنة فما فوق. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن ChatGPT يعد أكثر نوع مستخدم بين أفراد العينة وبنسبة 88%. وأن مجال التعليم أكثر المجالات استخداماً لروبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot وذلك بنسبة 49%. وأما الغرض من استخدام روبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot فقد جاء أولاً البحث العلمي وبنسبة 59.3%، ويليه اكتساب المعرفة وبنسبة 16.7%. كما أوضحت النتائج نوع النماذج التوليدية المستخدمة في Chatbot فقد كانت غالبيتها لإنشاء النصوص، وذلك بنسبة 80.6%، وكشفت عن اتفاق آراء عينة الدراسة حول مميزات استخدام روبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot في تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي وبنسبة 82.6%، في حين كانت أعلى فقرة في البعد (توفير الوقت والجهد) وبنسبة 91.37%، ومن ثم يليها فقرة (تقدم إجابات فورية) وبنسبة 89.75%. وأيضاً أظهرت النتائج اتفاق عينة الدراسة حول معوقات استخدام روبوتات المحادثة التوليدية Chatbot في تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي بنسبة 82.8%، وكانت أهم فقراته (قلة البرامج والوسائل التي تدعم استخدام تقنية Chatbot في اللغة العربية) وبنسبة %85.2، ويليها (عدم وجود الخبرة الكافية لدى الفرد بسبب قلة الدورات المعطاة في مجال تقنية Chatbot) وبنسبة 84.41%. وأخيراً كشفت عن اتفاق عينة الدراسة حول تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة باستخدام تقنية Chatbot لدى أفراد المجتمع السعودي بما يمثل نسبة 86.18%، حيث كانت أعلى فقراته (تطوير برامج ووسائل تدعم استخدام تقنية Chatbot في اللغة العربية) وبنسبة 87.79%، ويليها (تقديم ورش عمل عن كيفية تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة باستخدام تقنية Chatbot) وبنسبة 87.69%. وتشمل التوصيات الرئيسية ضرورة تزويد أفراد المجتمع السعودي بمراجع متعددة اللغات وإرشادات تشرح آلية تقنية Chatbot، وتنظيم ورش عمل حول كيفية تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة باستخدام تقنية Chatbot، ودمج تقنيات Chatbot ومشاركة المعرفة في المناهج التعليمية.

This study aimed to assess the extent to which the Saudi society members (SSMs) utilize generative chatbots to enhance knowledge sharing, recognize the advantages and obstacles associated with their usage to enhance knowledge sharing among SSMs, and reveal how to enhance knowledge sharing within the Saudi community. To achieve the objectives of this study, a adopted the descriptive survey approach was employed using a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample consisting of 408 SSMs aged 20 and above in Riyadh. The study revealed a set of results, highlighting ChatGPT as the most used ChatGPT (88%), and showed the most important domain for the use of Chatbots is education (49%). Using chatbots for scientific research purposes came first (59.3%), followed by the acquisition of knowledge (16.7%). Results also showed that the major type of generative models used in Chatbot was for creating texts (80.6%). Respondents agreed on the advantages of using generative chatbots in enhancing knowledge sharing among SSMs (agreement rate of 82.6%), The highest rate was observed in the item “saving time and effort” (91.37%), followed by “provides instant answers” (89.75%). On the other side, (82.8%) of the participants acknowledged obstacles to using generative chatbots in enhancing knowledge sharing among SSMs, with “shortage of programs and tools that support the use of Chatbot technology in Arabic” as the major challenge (85.2%), followed by “individual insufficient experience due to the lack of courses given in the field of Chatbot technology” (84.41%). Finally, the results revealed an agreement by the majority of the sample participants (86.18%) on enhancing knowledge sharing via the use of the generative Chatbot among SSMs, where “developing programs and tools that support the use of Chatbot technology in Arabic” received (87.79%), followed by “providing workshops on how to enhance knowledge sharing using Chatbot technology” (87.69%). The key recommendations include the necessity of providing SSMs with multilingual references and guidelines explaining the mechanism of Chatbot technology, organizing workshops on how to enhance knowledge sharing using Chatbot technology, incorporating Chatbot technologies and knowledge sharing into educational curricula.

الملخص

تُعَدُّ السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية أحد الأسس المهمة التي تعتمد عليها عملية تقديم الرعاية الصحية داخل المستشفيات ومرافق الرعاية الصحية، وتنبع أهمية هذه السجلات من دورها في حفظ كافة البيانات لكل ما تم إجراؤه من فحوصات، وتشخيصات، وعلاج، وتقارير متابعة، وقرارات طبية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد خصائص السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية، وأهميتها، والعوامل الرئيسة التي تؤثر على تحقيق عائد استثمار إيجابي منها من وجهة نظر أعضاء الرعاية الصحية في المستشفى السلطاني في سلطنة عمان. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي بإجراء مقابلات شبه مقننة مع عدد من أعضاء الرعاية الصحية بالمستشفى (أطباء، ممرضين، فنيي المعامل والفحوص التشخيصية، اختصاصي الجودة، اختصاصي تقنية المعلومات، اختصاصي السجلات الطبية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى احتياج الأطباء للتدريب على وظائف نظام السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية والتعرف على مكوناته بشكل دقيق لضمان قدرتهم على استخدامه بشكل فعّال، وعدم تكرار البيانات في محتوى السجل الصحي الإلكتروني، فضلاً عما يواجهه الباحثون والمهتمون بالبيانات الصحية من تحديات من الممكن أن تؤثر على استثمار السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية لأغراض بحثية؛ مثل خصوصية وأمن السجلات الصحية وتحديات قانونية وتنظيمية. واقترحت الدراسة ضرورة العمل بشكل مشترك بين المؤسسات الصحية والباحثين لتحليل البيانات الصحية وتعظيم الاستفادة منها، وتوفير التدريب اللازم للعاملين في المجال الصحي حول كيفية استخدامهم لنظام السجل الصحي الإلكتروني بشكل صحيح وفعّال والتأكد من فهمهم للمعايير والإجراءات المتعلقة بالسجل الصحي الإلكتروني.

Electronic health records are crucial foundations for the process of providing healthcare within hospitals and healthcare facilities. Their importance stems from their role in preserving comprehensive data for all the examinations, diagnoses, treatments, follow-up reports, and medical decisions. This study aims to identify the characteristics of electronic health records, their importance, and the main factors that affect achieving a positive return on investment, from the perspective of healthcare members at the Royal Hospital in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used a qualitative approach by conducting semi-structured interviews with several healthcare professionals within the hospital (doctors, nurses, laboratory and diagnostic examination technicians, quality specialists, information technology specialists, and medical records specialists). The research findings indicate that doctors need training on the functions and components of the electronic health records system to use it effectively and to avoid data duplication in the content of the electronic health records. The study also identified challenges faced by those dealing with health data for research purposes, affecting the investment of health records, such as the privacy and security of health records and legal and regulatory challenges. The study recommends collaboration of efforts between health institutions and researchers to analyze health data and maximize their benefit, provide the necessary training for health workers on how to use the electronic health records system correctly and effectively, and ensure they understand the standards and procedures related to the electronic health records.

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياحة الدينية، ومعرفة التحديات والحلول المقترَحة التي تواجه الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياحة الدينية، من خلال إجراء مراجعة منهجية لدراسات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتجميعها وتحليلها. وقد جمعت هذه الدراسة الدراسات المنشورة في قاعدة بيانات كلٍّ من Google Scholar, Science Direct, IEEE خلال الفترة 2021-2023. ووفقاً لمعايير الشمول والاستبعاد المتبعة في هذه الدراسة، تم تحليل ثماني دراسات في مجال الدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن تطبيق الواقع الافتراضي هو الأكثر تكراراً واستخداماً في قطاع السياحة الدينية بنسبة 14.3%، يأتي على التوالي: روبوتات الدردشة Chatbots، والواقع المعزز، ونماذج التنبؤ بالمحاكاة والروبوتات الآلية بنسبة 10.3% بتكرار متساوٍ فيما بينها، وحصلت تطبيقات: مراقبة الحشود، وتقييم المخاطر، وأنظمة وقوف السيارات الذكي، وتحليل المشاعر، وتطبيقات الهاتف الذكية على 7.1% لكلٍّ منها، أما: الحوسبة المكانية، والمساعد الشخصي الذكي، وأجهزة الاستشعار والتعلم الآلي، والسوار الذكي، فقد حصلت على نسبة 3.6% لكلٍّ منها. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن والخصوصية من أهم التحديات التي تواجه الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياحة الدينية. وتمثلت توصيات الدراسة في ضرورة توفير إدارة للمخاطر، وإيجاد حلول صارمة من أجل الحفاظ على الأمن والخصوصية. ويمكن أن يفيد هذا البحث في مزيدٍ من البحوث المتخصصة والمستهدفة للسياحة الدينية والمتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.

This study aimed to identify applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in religious tourism, determine the challenges involved, and propose their corresponding potential solutions by conducting a systematic review. Published studies on the subject were collected from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and IEEE databases spanning 2021–2023. Meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, eight studies were selected.

The study revealed that Virtual reality application —which is the most common application of artificial intelligence used in religious tourism—scored 14.3%, Then comes in succession: chatbots, augmented reality, simulation-prediction models, and automated robots scored 10.3% frequently, while crowd control, risk assessment, smart parking systems, sentiment analysis, and smartphone applications scored 7.1% each. Spatial computing, smart personal assistants, sensors, machine learning, and the Hajj smart bracelet scored 3.6% each. Furthermore, the study showed that security and privacy issues are the greatest challenges associated with AI applications in religious tourism. The study recommended the need for risk management and the development of rigorous solutions to ensure security and privacy. This research could serve as a useful foundation for more specialized research targeting religious tourism, particularly studies related to information and communication technology.

This study aimed to explore the extent of librarians’ awareness and the roles they play in leveraging information literacy to improve scholarly work in public universities in Ghana. This is a multiple case study in which the qualitative research approach was used. A semi-structured interview guide was used to solicit the views of librarians from top universities in Ghana on their awareness of information literacy and the roles librarians play in its delivery. The findings of the study showed that librarians at public universities have a good knowledge of information literacy and are well aware of its importance in improving scholarly work. However, they lack institutional policies and collaboration from their faculty counterparts to streamline the delivery of information literacy in these institutions. The study provides lessons for an in-depth analysis of the new roles of librarians in information literacy in Ghanaian libraries that are lacking in the literature. Higher education policymakers in Ghana and elsewhere would find the results useful for implementing the information literacy agenda in universities and colleges.
