Spillage of peritoneal contrast medium during VCU is extremely rare, even in patients with CAH and a persistent uro-genital sinus. Early fluoroscopic detection is essential, in recognizing the occurrence of spillage and preventing further unnecessary injection of contrast medium into the peritoneal cavity", }
