Abstract

نُفذ البحث في مزرعة أبي جرش في كلية الهندسة الزراعية بجامعة دمشق خلال الموسم الزراعي 2023-2024؛ بهدف تقييم استجابة محصولي حبة البركة (. L) واليانسون (. L) لنوعين من الأسمدة العضوية المُدخلة حديثاً (السماد العضوي السائل، والفيرمي كمبوست)، إضافةً إلى حساب مُعَامِل الارتباط الوراثي، وتحليل المكونات الأساسية للصفات المرتبطة مباشرةً بالغلّة البذرية. وُضعت التجربة وفق تصميم القطاعات الكاملة العشوائية (RCBD). وأظهرت النتائج زيادة معنوية في الصفات المدروسة لمحصول حبة البركة عند تطبيق السماد العضوي السائل، مقارنةً مع سماد الفيرمي كمبوست. وكانت نسبة الزيادة في عدد الأفرع الرئيسة للنبات (10.74%)، وعدد العلب الثمرية (16.06%)، ووزن الألف بذرة (24.86%)، والغلة البذرية للنبات (22.45%)، والغلة الحيوية للنبات (13.36%)، ودليل الحصاد (10.52%)، والغلّة البذرية للهكتار (22.45%). كما لُوحظت زيادة في محصول اليانسون عند استعمال السماد العضوي السائل، بالمقارنة مع سماد الفيرمي كمبوست في صفات عدد الأفرع الرئيسة (27.27%)، وارتفاع النبات (24.16%)، وعدد العلب الثمرية (9.80%)، ووزن الألف بذرة (30.00%)، والغلّة البذرية والحيوية للنبات (51.52%، و62.66% على التوالي)، والغلّة البذرية للهكتار (51.52%). وقد بَيَّنَت نتائج تحليل مُعامل الارتباط الوراثي وتحليل المكونات الأساسية إمكانية الاعتماد على صفات الغلّة البذرية والحيوية للنبات ووزن الألف بذرة كمؤشرات انتخابية في محصولي حبة البركة واليانسون، لكونها وقعت ضمن المكون الأساسي الأول، ولارتباطها الوراثي بصفة الغلة البذرية للهكتار.

The study was conducted at Abu Garash Farm located within the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Damascus, Syria, during the 2023-2024 agricultural season. The objective of the study was to evaluate the response of black seed ( L.) and anise ( L.) crops to two newly introduced types of organic fertilizers—liquid organic fertilizer and vermicompost —and to calculate genetic correlation coefficients and perform principal component analysis (PCA) of traits directly associated with seed yield. The experiment was designed using a randomized complete block design (RCBD). The results indicated a significant increase in the studied traits of the black seed crop when using liquid organic fertilizer compared to vermicompost. Notable increases were observed in the number of primary branches (10.74%), number of fruit capsules (16.06%), weight of 1000 seeds (24.86%), seed yield per plant (22.45%), biological yield per plant (13.36%), harvest index (10.52%), and seed yield per hectare (22.45%). Similarly, an increase in anise cultivation was noted with the application of liquid fertilizer compared to vermicompost, with improvement in the number of primary branches (27.27%), plant height (24.16%), number of fruit capsules (9.80%), weight of 1000 seeds (30.00%), both seed and biological yield per plant (51.52% and 62.66%, respectively), and seed yield per hectare (51.52%). The results of the genetic correlation coefficient analysis and principal component analysis indicated that seed yield, biological yield per plant, and the weight of 1000 seeds are reliable selection indicators for black seed and anise crops because they were encompassed within the first principal component and showed genetic correlation with seed yield per hectare.
